Hello EA Team, I am writing to get help with recovering my EA account. I purchased EA Sports FC™ 26 on Steam on June 13, 2026. Here are my purchase details: Steam username: sherlock5601 Invoice Number: 288939713035696127 Date and Time: June 13, 2026 @ 11:40am After buying the game, I didn't play the game because my PC was out of service. Today, I reinstalled the game. However, when I tried to log in and authenticate my account, I found out that my Steam account is currently linked to an unknown email address: <removed>. I have never owned or used this email address. I strongly believe someone has hacked into my account and changed the email address without my permission. I want to recover my account and link it back to my actual email as soon as possible. I have attached the relevant screenshots (the error screen). Also I have the the purchase and platform information. Please let me know what steps I need to follow to prove my ownership and get my account back. My EA account mail is changed by hackers. Please help.!

Hello EA Team,

etmt2xa65kof This might not be the response you were hoping for, but I'm afraid we won't be able to locate that initial EA account without knowing the email address or EA ID associated with it. Furthermore, we can't discuss or access account information here on the forums, so it'd be best if you connect with an advisor for more assistance.

Before that, if you haven't already, it might be worth going through your email(s) for any communication from EA, and following this guide to try locating the registered email address.

I tried everything possible but still I couldn't recover my EA Account. The problem is that the hacker has taken over and connected my Steam account to his/her EA account, so whenever I tried to get into the game, it shows login with EA using the above domain. Its been so long, that I have forgotten the email to the original EA account which is supposed to be linked with my Steam. The have all the EA games since 2021, I'm unable to use them due to the missing email. Can you please help me recover the email ID. I just need the email, I do know the password as well. I have the sessions documents, caches and log records the last time I played EA FC 24.
