I have a processor ryzen 5 4500 , Do you think it doesn't meet the requirements and is causing this problem?

Community ManagerThe minumum required processor is a Ryzen 5 1600, so you should be ok on that end. But just in case, could you share a DxDiag with me? Hopefully that'll give me some insights as to what's happening. 🙂

Hmm, you're meeting the minimum specs and nothing's jumping out at me as an issue. You're getting a few errors in here but they shouldn't be too much of an issue.
If a clean boot hasn't helped either, could you try running a System File Check on your PC? This'll check for errors in your operating system and should help fix them.
