I have the digital version of fc26 on ps5. It keeps crashing no error codes or anything and now it just won’t load to the menu just crashes before. I have tried updating software and clearing cache in safe mode etc. I have deleted and reinstalled the game and it’s worse now as I can’t get into the menu and even play anymore! Any help? Also it happens both online and when not online

Haven’t even been able to play it since release date absolutely shocking and not to mention customer service genuinely want my money back
The game is completely unplayable for us and not a word from EA.
It is ridiculous and Customer service is like talking to a bot they keep saying the same things! Still no fix I haven’t been able to play it since buying it
Having this issue on ps5 pro, crashes after every game
I’ve reinstalled the game three times, restored licenses and hard reset my PS5 several times.
The game constantly crashes within a few minutes when navigating menus.
The game is unplayable for me at the moment, having to restart the app several times to even get in to a match
Honestly I’ve been having this issue since launch of the game. It am soo angry I bought it for £70 and I have played about 10 mins of it! Ea support don’t help they just have trouble shooting you can find on google! I feel because not many of us are having the issue they don’t care enough. They’re more focused on fixing sprinting issues etc for majority of people and not us who can’t even play the game
