MY FC26 WORKS IN EVERY OTHER MENU EXCEPT CLUBS

Question

Please ive been seeing a bug recently on my account, I can play any mode on the game menu except my Pro Clubs where I get the error unable to connect to EA. Please i need help fixing this issue ive done everything to troubleshoot:

Restarting the Game
Restarting my console
Uninstalling and reinstalling the game

yet nothing worked and i really need it to be fixed because that the mode i enjoy the most.

Happened to me too. I disabled 2FA on ea.com and tried again afterwards and it worked (the companion app enabled the 2FA). Hope it helps.

Hi there. I definitely don't recommend disabling 2FA. That makes your account significantly less secure. Let's see if resetting crossplay helps. Please follow these steps:

Go to Online Settings
Turn off Crossplay
Load into any online mode
Back out and turn on Crossplay again
Try loading into Pro Clubs
