Thanks for your reply. I’m attaching the screenshot that appears when I click ‘Contact Us’. I’m in Italy, so maybe something changes because of that. Once I fill out the page, I send it, but I’m not given any case number

3 months agoTry clearing your cache/cookies. If that doesn't help, log out and see if you can open a case without being logged in.

You need to choose 'I need to update my EA account information'. Since you can connect fine on a different account, this appears to be an account issue.
