My opponent left in the beginning of the draft game and i got a loss for it

This is so frustrating, how the hell do i get a loss for my opponent leaving? When they leave against me i never get a win but apparently before the game even kicks off and your opponent leaves, you get a loss for it.  I WANT MY DRAFT TOKEN I SPENT 15K COINS ON THE DRAFT
