My ping problem help me

Hello EA Support,

In Turkey and on the PC for the last few weeks, FIFA 26 has been experiencing extremely high ping (1200-2000 ms) and serious packet loss.
The internet connection is otherwise excellent - I have Superonline Fiber and I get 50+ Mbps down and 0% packet loss to Google (ping is around 40ms).
However, when connecting to your FIFA servers, my ping constantly goes above 1000 ms, making the game unplayable.

You have tried everything: Disabling the modem, changing the DNS (1.1.1.1, 8.8.8.8, OpenDNS), disabling IPV6, reinstalling Cloudflare WARP and even using VPNs and different routes. It won't do any good.

It seems that there is a Decryption problem between Superonline (Turkey) and your European servers (Frankfurt/Amsterdam).

Could you please forward this to your network operations team and check the routing path for Turkish players?
Most of us are facing the same issue and are not playing the game due to this high latency.
