my players don’t move in online games

i’ve been waiting for four days for this issue to be fixed and nothing changes. i really want to play the game and keep up with everyone else

everything works fine in squadbattles and kick off but in seasons and rivals the players just don’t move.

 i’ve tried turning on vsync limiting my fps to 60 which is stupid and that doesn’t do anyrhubg
