My tactics keep on disappearing

Hello,

I am writing about an ongoing problem with  FC 26 for PS5

One of my tactics keeps getting deleted.

I have tried contacted customer support on numerous occasions. This evening I spoke to an EA agent called Samuel who advised me to write here. In addition to his reporting the problem.  Samuel also recommended that I follow these steps and I have done so

change defensive approach by 1 point  for example form 70 up to 71.

I tried moving my striker to cam and back again

I deleted my personal settings and redownloaded the latest players for each club. 

Unfortunately none of these steps resolved this  issue.

I have been an EA customer for over 10 years and I’d like to continue but this is frustrating me to the point of wanting to discontinue. I’m Autistic and this problem is particularly troubling to me.

please help.
