New PC update stuttering makes it unplayable

I used to run everything on Ultra and it ran super smooth. Now, even on low settings, it's unplayable.

It's really sad because I've put so many hours preparing for this Weekend league and now I can't even play it.

I really hope we can get some feedback here, hopefully in time to play the WL.
