No game selection. Only options and upgrade

No game selection when I am in the main menu. The only options are: News, Learn to play, and Upgrade. I purchased the standard edition about a week ago and have EA play. I've uninstalled, and that doesn't help. 

My gamertag is Mejia2310, and I play on Xbox One
