no option to use 180hz refresh rate in Fullscreen

in full screen mode i cant get FC 26 to use my monitors refresh rate, and the max it allows me to set is 165hz. I want to use 180hz (or even 200hz if i OC my monitor). I can sometimes achieve 180hz/200hz in borderless mode but sometimes it stays at 165hz. when i do apply borderless mode i feel this adds some delay to my game so theres no point even attempting for 180hz/200hz... i have tried editing the file to 180hz/200hz as refresh rate, but it doesnt feel any different to me.

also capping my FPS brings some delay to the game i feel, but I need to cap my FPS to get a smoother game or else its just like constantly screen tearing or something... I also would like to add I can never view my FPS with amds software, and havent been able to for over a year now on any EA game...

in battlefield 6 i can select 180hz or even 200hz refresh rate if i OC the monitor. why cant i apply the same to fc 26?
