No reward
I still haven't received my pre order reward of an icon or hero, I just hope I get my rewards for completion objectives in the last fc game

When did you pre-order the game, exactly?
Also, just to check: do you mean the Football Ultimate Team™ 1 of 5 Player Pick 93+ OVR ICON Player Item (untradeable) for EA SPORTS FC™ 25, or the early-preorder Untradeable ICON Player Item?
Soon as I could so soon as fc26 was able to pre order, it was before the cut off date, all my mates have received them weeks ago but I haven't, it was the ultimate team version aswell
