Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment

Hello, I have this problem "Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the Main Menu." for 4-5 days, I couldn't figure it out with support or with all the things they told me to do with cleesn bot, router and etc. I am using a PC with the Ea app application(name gametimeyt12). I live in Romania,I've had this problem for almost a week and nothing has happened, the support chat has mostly misled me. My internet provider is Digi.
