Not gaining fit champ qualifying points

Hi, thank you for your time and effort in responding to me. I’ve played multiple games of division rival games upwards of 10 and failed to get champ qualifying points, I’m not sure if this is just a me thing or an everyone thing. Yesterday I played a game and got my first points. Thank you for help and effort I really appreciate it
