Not getting in to my ultimate team!

Im not getting into my ultimate team account... everytime i try to get into UT it says connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the Main Menu. I tried to go in on my other account and it worked and ive tryed all the methods to get it solved but its still the same.. please I need help fast!

I have the same problem trying to play UT on play5, I'm getting this error "onnecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the Main Menu"
