Not getting my FUT season rewards

I have reached level 35 on the season and of course this billion dollar company can’t do anything right. It won’t give me or let me select my multi choice reward on level 35. There’s no check mark on the corner and I never received it.

    And i have restarted the game multiple times and it doesn’t change
