Ultimate Team Content Screens PS5

Bit of an odd one RJoye10​ and as I'm not seeing reports of it or seeing the issue on my PS5 then I would assume that this may be console side, which isn't a bad thing as it generally means basic troubleshooting will sort it.

Have you tried anything yourself to fix it?

I’ve uninstalled the game a couple of times with no fix. I went through my video settings and stuff on the console to see if anything was out of the ordinary. Nothing I’ve done fixes it. I don’t know what else to do. I tried searching different things online but seems like I’m the only one with the issue. 

Could you try a different gamer tag on the console to see if it works there RJoye10​?

EA_Darko​ Sure, I'll try that when I get home. I'll also download the PS4 version and see if it's the same on there.

EA_Darko​ It works perfectly fine on my second account. Switched back to my main, and it's right back to the bugged screens. Could it be something in my actual in-game settings specific to that account?

I just reset all of the settings on my PS5 and the screens are still bugged. How can they work on one account on the same console, but not the other?

It could be an issue with a corrupt save file RJoye10​ that is causing issues with the game.

Really hard to know without being there, is it possible to try your account on another system?

EA_Darko​ Hey, I've spoken with EA Help and done everything they asked of me. Rebuilt database, deleted saved game data, rebuilt console storage, everything. They told me to resume my case through the chat so they could further help me, but my account is so messed up through EA that all it does is show me the circle spinning. The case will never actually load. I did some research and saw that it could be an error between my account and EA that calls for a profile refresh. It's only the live content that I'm having trouble with. Sometimes the content in the store won't even load. 

I called my dad and got him to add my account to his console. He's going to download the game and let me know if it's working. That's the only way I know to check. 

EA_Darko​ My dad just sent me a picture of my account on his console, and it is doing the same thing. None of the content screens are loading. It's an issue with my account and EA.
