Not nice to send warnings to your customers when it was your game that crashed

Game just disconnected from a rush match said I had lost Internet signal. Which I haven't and the game obviously made me just press the button to play and it then comes up with disconnect warning message saying disconnecting effects other player and a something about cool.down to join future matches and reduced coins earned. 

I didn't quit the game it crashed and made me restart ultimate team from the main screen . And that's the first time it's ever happened to me and . Straight away warnings and threats ..not great ea sort your game out before blaming the players . Remember we are in the game .

And this message should re taken back because as a mental health sufferer. I don't like this tone and the feeling and vibes you guys are giving  man .
