Not receiving 26K Axp consumable pro clubs

usually, every season we receive a consumable for pro clubs. This season, has however been different. I have a new archetype to get started on and I was waiting for the consumable to drop. Please, can you fix this. I meet all requirements. I have played a clubs league match, my account is not under aged, and I have turn off and turned on the advertising thing.
