One of my players got locked in a RUSH lobby

A couple of days ago, I was disconnected from a Rush lobby and the player I had selected got "stuck" there. Now, he is unable to be placed in any active squad. I have tried deleting the squad, creating a new one, and even attempting to quick-sell the player via the EA Companion Web App, but nothing fixes the situation. Has anyone found a workaround for this, or am I stuck waiting for a server refresh?I’ve already tried talking directly to EA Support, but they were unable to help.
