After the 1.0.2 update on PC I’ve been trying to find opponents in rivals, rush or tournament but couldn’t find any.

I just wanted to provide a quick update that the issue affecting the ability to find an opponent in FC 26 Ultimate Team has now been addressed. Thank you for your patience!
I spent $140 on the game yesterday.... today I am unable to find a match on any mode.... I looked at Reddit and many users are having the same issue.... I have been googling and Chat GPTing how to lodge a Help request with EA/ how to flag an issue.... there is nowhere that EA allow you to contact them or email a request for technical support. I have spent hours trying to solve this problem and I am no closer to playing the game I paid a lot of money for. Under the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act, I will be seeking my money back as the game is not fit for purpose and there is no technical help available to either solve the problem, or inform the consumer on what the issue is
