Outrageous and unplayable

I do not give a **bleep** about EA's return policy. I want my money back. It is literally unplayable - every couple of minutes the game freezes usually on "Updating store" how can I attempt to get anywhere on this Godforsaken game if I have to restart every couple of minutes? I want a refund and an explaination.
