Packed old version of player

greetings 

i need your help regarding my issue as i packed gold card of player vinicius junior rates 89 from 3 of 10 80+ player pick SBC which is released today however there's better version available in packs ( Ultimate screem ) with higher rate  ( 90 ) of this card based on the current promo available best of release and whenever I contacted the support team via chat they advised me to publish here to get a solution 

so please help to compensate and replace my card with the correct one
