Packed TOTY Mbappe and then he disappeared...

Dear all- I know it sounds very strange and maybe as an attempt to fraud the game, but honestly yesterday we ( my son of 11 and me) packed TOTY Mbappe tradeable. We were celebrating and dancing. 

I took a picture of the squad( see attaxhment) amd we wanted to test him in Rivals. But suddenly he was gone and we could not find him anywhere in the club, nor in the quick sold players. 

@EA technicians you can look back what happened at my account? It is not and not funny. My son is really sad- alle we have is the picture..
