Controller randomly disconnecting on Pc only in FC26

This issue was present 2 weeks ago, seemed that it had been fixed with the new patch, but since yesterday it started happening again. The game stops registering any inputs from my controller whatsoever, even though it hasnt been disconnected and works fine outside of the game. Before it was just in matches, now since yesterday it started happening in the menus aswell, it occurs randomly, but it appears to happen 100% of the time i am on the game. Ea you have to address this, its been 4 months since the games release and bugs like this are just unacceptable.
