Paket Açamıyorum

I can't open the packs I bought; a development item appeared in one of the packs I bought, and when I hover over it and press 'X', it gives me a server error and kicks me out of the store. No matter what I've tried regarding my internet connection, it doesn't work; I don't know what to do. There are a lot of packs, and that's why I can't open them
