PC – Controller input freezes causing stuck / held inputs after unfreeze

Just want to add a +1. Happened of FC 25 also, I've tried searching everywhere and tried every solution even hinted at. For me happens about 3 times a game I have to tab out to pause the game and wait for the controller input to be recognized again.

Honestly ridiculous when other games I play have seamless switching between controller and keyboard.
