PC – Severe progressive input delay in online matches (Offline works perfectly)

They messed something up severely on Pc with the last patch. I played a game earlier and thought my controller shut off because it wasn’t doing any of my inputs. Controller was fine and it finally registers my pass 2 seconds later…ping was constant 29.
