PC CONTROLLER ISSUE.
It’s now been 5 days with no proper update on when we can expect either a fix or a proper solution on pc controller disconnecting. A large chunk of your playerbase on pc has not played a single online match yet after paying additional 30-35$ for early access. I have not been able to participate in any early access challenges or tournaments making me miss out on a lot of rewards over the past week. Players have not received a single communication about this issue and continue to be left in the dark while platforms like ps4 get more attention. It’s utterly disgraceful from ea and I can’t even request a refund because of the ultimate edition. I seriously advise an ea employee to respond to this with any kind of update and/or either give affected players compensation or a refund. My pc can run this game fine it’s not a controller issue I’ve played apex and skate with no issues. False advertisement for early access should be titled beta testing.
