PC controller STILL NOT WORKING ONLINE

Question

This problem is absolutely not solved (even though an earlier thread says it’s solved). I am playing on a windows laptop. Everything works offline but my controller just doesn’t work on online modes. I’ve set my display to 60fps, with vsync on. I also try not to touch my laptop keyboard at all, yet I can’t control my players in online modes, but my controller works for menu and everything else.

Other recommendations say to unplug other controllers/keyboard/mouse. I have nothing else connected to my laptop, and I obviously can’t unplug the inbuilt keyboard and mousepad.

Why spend so much money on a game that I can’t even play?? Please fix this!

I've got the exact same problem and its doing my head in I'm trying to do rivals to get my points for champs because they made the stupid decision of not giving you champs points in rewards and now i cant even do that. Its getting ridiculous now buying an expensive game every year and getting stupid problems like this

first few minutes of the game, input registers flawlessly then 2 seconds delay for a few minutes and after that about 7 seconds. Since the release of the game. XDD
