FC26 disconnects mid match on Xbox Series X

I keep getting disconnected from the ea servers mid match it has happened 5 times across 2 days on fut champions and i can re connect straight away, my internet connection is fine and game has been restarted same with xbox and no fix. Game is fine on menus for hours only a problem in game always 2nd half too.
