(PC) Game runs in slow motion

Before entering a match, the menu is completely fine and smooth. But 5-6 seconds after I enter a match the game becomes extremely laggy. My computer should handle the game fine and my settings are all as low as can be + capped at 60 fps. I haven't been able to play for 3 days already, have tried everything I could find online.
