PC: Players don't move

Question

When I play offline modes I have no issues to move my players. Once I go to an online match in any game mode, I am not able to move my players at all. Only the passing, shooting, and crossing buttons work but not the left analog stick. There seems to be many PC players in the world with this issues.

Please help!

its so bs one game everything is fine it mainly doesnt work in rivals its so stupid this **bleep** company&nbsp;&nbsp;

I posted this same issue last night I’ve heard nothing from ea and seemingly no fix for it I just want my money back at this point this isn’t worth the hassle any more&nbsp;
