[PC] Progressive Input Lag in All Online Modes Except Rush

YES!! It’s so bad where you’ll just simply somewhat hold the power of your kick and it’ll hit the bar. The input lag is terrible not to mention the first touch bug is still happening and passes take forever to actually be applied in game when you press the button.
