Pc stop when running fc26. Ctrl+alt+del useless

my pc suddenly stop while fc26 running. From after a game finishing to menu screen. It happens suddenly and at any time it wants to. I cant attact videos on this topic but if EA want, you send me a address where I can give you my video about this error via my email [edit: email address removed]

I cant do any thing whenever this error occurs. The only way is press reset button. Ctrl+alt + del doesnt work as well in this situation.
