[PC] Stutter/Speedup lag after shaders recompilation

Even I am facing such kind of issue where the game is perfectly fine in the first half and then all of a sudden huge lag and frame drops in second half and I can't even move players and the graphics are too disturbed that even looking at them my eyes start paining so it is not really smooth at all.
