performance issue 5 fps stuck

I'm having an FPS drop issue without knowing what's causing it. When I start a match in any game mode, even from the beginning of the cutscene, the game's performance doesn't seem to be boosted by my laptop's GPU. It appears to be stuck at around 5 fps. but this only happens in FC26 because I've played FC25 for a year before with mostly similar graphics settings and the performance is smooth without any problem. Therefore I think this issue came from the game. Can someone help? thanks in advance
