Persistent console login limits reached error fc 26

For the past month, whenever I attempt to login into ultimate team on my ps5, I receive the error message: you have reached the limit of ut accounts logging in on this console, I suspect that my console hardware id may habe been flagged with a permanent or long term restriction. I am asking the support team to kindly investigate and manually reset the login limit associated with my console
