Ping problem

I have a ping problem, it seems that I have a 60ms connection, but when I give a command in clups mode, my command works after 20 seconds, I reset my network settings, I updated my network driver, I deleted the game and installed it again, it was not solved, there is no problem in rush mode, there is this problem in ultimate team and clups mode. There is no problem in normal career mode, there is no problem in offline mode, my video card is rtx 3060, I play in the middle settings
