Pitch and Players Don't Render After Some Kickoffs

I've had this issue happen 3 times since  the last 2-3 weeks. After kickoff from a goal or half time, the pitch and players don't render. everything is black except the scoreboard, map, and player indicators. They don't render again until a stoppage - either after a pause when the ball goes out of play or when my opponent scores on me because i can't see what i'm doing.

• I'm playing on PC with the EA App on Windows 11 pro.
• video card: 9070 xt with latest drivers ( 32.0.23017.1001)
• CPU: 9950 X3D
