Cross progression

I originally had eafc 26 on my playstation 5, and it was working fine, but i wanted it on my laptop too. So i bought it on my laptop from the epic games launcher and when i logged into the EA app i made sure to log in through playstation. However, when i loaded up the game after it kept crashing, which was annoying enough, none of my progress had moved over and i cant join my club with my friends.

I'm trying to play tmrw with them so any quick help would be appreciated
