FC26, Lagging Issue During Gameplay

I have FC26 installed on both my laptop and desktop computer. My desktop computer is a bit old, but even on it I was able to play FC25 without any problems. My laptop is newer, with an RTX 3060 graphics card, 16 GB RAM, and an Intel i7 processor. But the game lags on both. Nothing I've tried has worked. I feel like I wasted my money. I'm too late to request a refund. At least I want to get my money's worth and be able to play the game without problems. I've tried the suggestions of those who experienced similar problems, I lowered the graphics settings... The situation is the same. I need help.
