Player Items Won Stuck In Watch List

I won 3 high value player items, and they are stuck in my watch list. When I attempt to claim them, I receive a message that I am unable to connect. This is on console, PS5 and PS4. 

I have restarted, tried web and companion app, waited, tried buying another player, reset cache, waited. 

I have exhausted EVERY SINGLE OPTION. 

I have spent $100s on this game. I am unable to even get a live chat individual, which I am sure will be futile as well knowing your company. 

You need to resolve this. It is a technical issue. 

I am unable to play as my coins in the millions are tied up in these players. 

I have the time, the money and the resources, to take whatever formal action I need if this is not resolved quickly.
