Player manipulation

My ultimate team gameplay has been hacked for months now, playing the game is a pain. Players move slowly then faster, passing keeps changing pace, players feel slow to turn (I’m not pressing R2), whilst the opponents dance around me. Also my defensive AI is disgraceful compared to my opponents. It needs to be fixed I need help EA. It happens every game I haven’t played the real game EVER. Someone keeps doing it, at random times in the game when I either have the ball or don’t. Plus I have bought fc points on the game can you help me….
