Player returning

I hadn’t played ultimate team in a few months and when trying to login I received a lot of evos from previous seasons when trying to claim them it kicks me out of the packs screen. It doesn’t let me open any of my other packs and so I thought to try and claim them on the companion app but it says I’m still logged in despite me logging out like 15 minutes ago…..
