Playstation 5 Slim Digital Edition Menu & Other screen Fps drop & Lagging

I have a problem about Playstation 5 Slim Digital Edition Menu & Other screen Fps drop & Lagging. 

ı am totally fine on game match screen but other menu’s are lagging. Its not about ınternet ı think because when ı dont have connection, situation is similar. I just bought playstation so ssd is empty

ı have 60hz monitör maybe its because of this ? Please help me …
