Playtime not registering

my playtime is glitched out not registering. the pictures were taken 1 min apart and it literally reset on its own.. (PS4)

i want my transfer market opened on the app and i can’t if that happens as well as yesterday around 6 gmt + 0 i played my active playtime was 40 mins active 20 min non active logged into the game again around 7gmt +0 and its gone back down to only 20 active mins 0 non active  

i cant get my market opened if the playtime is glitched  can anyone help?
