PLEASE DEVS HELP: Missing FC 27 Pre Order Rewards

I pre ordered fc 27 ultimate+ on Wednesday night and never got my PP and evos on fc 26. I got a notification message in game saying I was receiving them and they never came. I waited the 24 hours as instructed by ea help and still nothing. When I tried to open a missing item claim, EA told me to come here and post so the devs can see it and help me which seems crazy but idk what else to do.
