PLS OPTİMİZE FC 26 AS SOON AS POSİBLE

when i launch the game first there is no problem but if i try to play something like ut even in menu game is working like 10 fps when i try to play its 10 fps.  also my system is enough to play. i tried every solution on internet but nothing worked. pls fix it
